The receipt, one tap away. The customer, back again.
Shoppers tap their phone on the Factil Tag and walk away with their receipt — no app, no paper. Every receipt adds a loyalty stamp, invites a review and gives them a reason to return.

Counter businesses lose the customer at checkout
Small merchants print a paper ticket that ends up in the trash, and with it any chance of knowing who bought, getting a review or bringing that person back. Paraguay's mandatory e-invoicing digitized the document, but at the counter it still becomes paper.
One tap. Zero friction.
For the cashier it's just another sale. For the customer, a receipt that never gets lost.
The cashier rings up the sale
In seconds on Factil's register screen — or automatically from the merchant's own POS through our API.
The customer taps the tag
They hold their phone to the Factil Tag on the counter. No app, no sign-up. The receipt goes to that phone only, once.
They keep it — and come back
The receipt stays on their phone, adds a stamp to their loyalty card and asks for a Google review at the right moment.
Every receipt brings the customer back
The receipt is the one message every customer opens. Factil turns it into the merchant's best channel.

A clean, branded receipt on the customer's phone
Logo, items and VAT breakdown, with the merchant's e-invoice attached. Customers save it as an image or PDF, share it, or keep every receipt in one place with a free account.
- Delivers the e-invoice issued by the merchant's own system
- Fallbacks for phones without NFC: QR on the register screen or WhatsApp
- Point-of-sale API for merchants that already run a POS or ERP
The stamp card, without the cardboard
The merchant picks the reward and the number of stamps. Each purchase adds a stamp; when the card is full, the customer shows a one-time code and the cashier redeems it in one tap.
- One stamp per receipt — no double counting
- Redemption validated at the register with a 6-digit code
- Members, stamps and redemptions — without personal data

From a paper ticket to a returning customer
Paper ticket
- Thermal paper rolls bought every month
- Tickets that fade or get lost
- No idea who the customer is or whether they return
- Reviews depend on the customer remembering
- Sales are only visible from inside the store
With Factil
- Unlimited paperless receipts
- Saved on the customer's phone
- A stamp card that brings them back
- A review button on every receipt
- Today's sales, live on the owner's phone
Secure by design
A fixed tag on a public counter is only useful if the wrong person can never get someone else's receipt.
- Each receipt is delivered once, to the first phone that taps, within a 120-second window
- The next customer can never see the previous receipt
- NTAG 424 DNA tags sign every tap, so a copied link doesn't work
- Personal data only with consent; merchants see numbers, not people

Common questions
Does Factil issue invoices?
No. In Paraguay, electronic invoices are issued by the merchant's own invoicing system under its tax ID. Factil connects to that system and delivers the document to the customer's phone together with the receipt.
Does the customer need an app?
No. Tapping the tag opens the receipt in the phone's browser. iPhone and Android both read NFC; customers without NFC scan a QR code or get the receipt by WhatsApp.
What does the merchant need?
A phone, tablet or PC for the register and the Factil Tag, which we install on the counter. Merchants with a POS or ERP send receipts through our API and don't need the register screen at all.
How do merchants sign up?
By invitation. We install the tag, set up the account and send the owner a one-time sign-up link.
Is it live?
Yes. Factil is in production at factilapp.com: receipts, loyalty, receipt marketing blocks, live sales and the merchant dashboard are all working today.
